“This place is amazing excellent host's it looked great in the pictures but it's even better when you see it in person we couldn't have wished for more. There is so much space to enjoy very peaceful and quite please don't worry about the trains we rarely heard them and when we did they were quite and no bother at all. Every thing is so well laid out and they have thought of everything. The home cinema was a great idea and the screen inside was a massive bonus. This is an amazing place to have a very quite relaxing time and super value for money. We will 100% be rebooking for next year.”

“What a hidden gem! we absolutely loved our stay! A very wholesome family stay for a couple of nights. Kids playing outside (the swing was a massive hit) out door cooking and dining, cosy cuddles by the fire watching films, toasting marshmallows, dog roaming free, a few glasses of red by the fire and all topped off with a nice comfy bed to sleep in! We found the train line very quiet and it didn't cause any disturbance or annoyance. We have fallen in love with this place and will definitely be return customers.”
